What we are building, and why.

What insurance and welfare delivery should be

Insurance and welfare delivery should be fair, fast, accessible, and transparent. Today, in most of India and most of the Global South, they are none of these. We are not setting these as aspirations. We are setting them as the standard the platform is held to.

A daily-wage worker in a remote village should not need a smartphone, a literacy in English, or a relationship with a middleman to receive what she is entitled to. The platform should meet her where she is — in her language, on her phone, with the documents she already has.

Equally, the platform should be capable of running the adjudication backbone of a Tier-1 carrier. The same engine, the same codebase. Not two products. One.

What we are building, at a high level

An AI-first claims-processing platform for India's welfare and insurance economy. Open standards. NHCX-native. Multi-language. Designed for the smallest village to a Tier-1 carrier. The same engine, the same codebase, exportable from a Madurai panchayat to anywhere people are underserved.

The team

Led by Govind, formerly VP of Engineering at an insurtech startup serving Fortune 500 customers — direct experience with claims, adjudication, networks, payments, and regulatory compliance at enterprise scale. Co-founded with Prashanthi, leading product. We have operated insurance technology at scale. We are not students of the problem. We are practitioners. And we are building from Chennai, for Chennai first.

This is not a product launch. It is the beginning of an institution we hope outlives all of us.
